This town home project demonstrates how AABS can work with you in even the most unusual circumstances. The developers of this Dillon, Colorado project needed residential space but there were not available lots in the market.

Their solution was to build two story town homes on existing commercial space. As you can imagine, many structural and design issues needed to be addressed including unique mixed use fire codes. A steel structure was built first to accommodate the loads of the new buildings.
