The Speed of Parallel Construction™

A key advantage of our process is faster completion times that result from Parallel Construction™. Using Parallel Construction we design and construct your building off-site while earth-work, foundations, underground utilities and road construction are underway. By performing these functions at the same time, or parallel to each other, you benefit from better timing of subcontractors and that keeps your project moving forward with fewer delays.

Consistency

We have a year round, full-time labor force that employs modern factory quality control systems and processes to produce some of the highest quality buildings available. Floor, wall and roof systems are built in jigs that keep the members straight and true. Trusses are fabricated in our plant to ensure that quality objectives are met. Materials are cut with computerized saws for speed and accuracy. These are just a few of the many advantages systems-built construction offers over site built projects.
